The first day of the event took place in Ganja and the participants were delivered theoretical training covering geological exploration, extraction, processing, organization of precious-metal sales, occupational safety, environmental protection, communications, and corporate social responsibility. The interactive training included discussions on these topics and a Q&A session for media professionals.

The journalists had the chance to learn about rehabilitation processes for children with the Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
