AzerGold CJSC continues Vocational Training for Family Members of Martyrs and War Veterans

AzerGold CJSC is implementing the project Support for the Economic Development of Family Members of Martyrs and War Veterans, providing intensive vocational training courses in confectionery and patisserie.

At present, the programme engages 15 women from Ganja city, Dashkasan, Goygol, and Samukh regions, representing vulnerable group of population. This initiative aims to support the family members of martyrs and war veterans by enhancing their social participation and promoting economic independence.

The participants of the project receive theoretical and practical instruction from internationally certified confectionery experts. The trainees on the two-month training programme are equipped with the required materials to get knowledge and skills, and to excel in their profession.

The participants will undertake the “Recognition of Non-Formal and Informal Education” examination, organized by the Education Quality Assurance Agency, to obtain a professional certification, upon completion of the training programme.

Furthermore, the graduates will be assisted in securing jobs or establishing individual business activities by collaborating with partner companies in the project.

Vulnerable groups of population remain a primary focus of AzerGold CJSC’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. The Company’s ongoing social projects contribute significantly to the state policy in supporting vulnerable citizens and local communities.
