AzerGold CJSC’s Employee Wins the Yukselish (Ascent) Competition

Orkhan Naghiyev, Deputy Head of the Risk Management and Internal Control Department at AzerGold CJSC, has become one of the winners of the 5th Yukselish (Ascent) Competition. He joined the ranks of the top 20 highest-scoring participants of the four-month-long competition among 16,553 candidates.

Orkhan Naghiyev received his bachelor's degree in management from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 2009 to 2013 and his master's degree in business organization and management from the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry from 2013 to 2015. He has been working for AzerGold CJSC since 2021.

It is worth noting that the Yukselish competition was launched by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, dated July 26, 2019. The competition has been arranged to identify promising staff with high intellectual capacity and management skills, encourage their development, and create a strong national talent pool.
