AzerGold CJSC’s Board Chairman Met with the 4th Yukselish Competition Winners

AzerGold CJSC’s Board Chairman, Zakir Ibrahimov, held his next meetings with the winners of the Mentorship Program Project implemented as part of the 4th Yukselish (Ascent) competition, Aslan Hasanli and Rufat Mammadkhanli.

At the meetings dedicated to the approaches in the field of management currently implemented at the Joint-Stock Company, in line with the individual development plans of the competition winners, Zakir Ibrahimov shared his views on the CJSC’s organizational structure, existing internal control systems, and decision-making procedures, as well as his personal experience.

Topics such as crisis management, making agile, meaningful, and data-driven decisions, and managing international cooperation were also discussed, and appropriate recommendations were given to the competition winners to enhance their knowledge and skills in these areas.

The meetings continued in a question-and-answer format around the topics discussed.

It should be noted that the Yukselish competition was launched by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, dated July 26, 2019, to identify and support promising leaders with a high intelligence level and management skills, and create a human resource pool in the country.
