Chairman of the Executive Board of "AzerGold" CJSC met with the winners of the 5th "Yüksəliş" competition

Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of "AzerGold" CJSC, held a meeting with the winners of the 5th "Yüksəliş" competition, Togrul Khalilov and Shahriyar Hasanverdiyev, within the framework of the Mentorship program.

During the meeting, the participants' personal development plans were discussed, and directions for the development of their professional and managerial skills were reviewed. Within the framework of the Mentorship program, a SWOT analysis was conducted to evaluate the participants' existing skills and potential, identifying their strengths, areas needing improvement, as well as future development opportunities.

Zakir Ibrahimov shared his experience and recommendations with the participants in the areas of management, leadership, and professional development. He emphasized the importance of effectively utilizing existing skills, as well as the need for continuous self-development and a systematic approach.

As part of the meeting, an exchange of views took place regarding the mentees' future fields of activity, and appropriate recommendations and tasks were given to support their professional development.

It should be noted that the "Yüksəliş" competition was established by the Order signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019, with the aim of identifying and supporting promising executives with high intellectual levels and management skills, and ensuring the creation of a talent reserve bank in the country. The Mentorship program serves to improve the management skills of the winners and increase their practical experience.
