The next meeting of the Supervisory Board of AzerGold CJSC was held

AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company’s Supervisory Board had its next meeting for 2021. The event was attended by the members of the Supervisory Board, the Chairman and members of the Executive Board of AzerGold.

During the meeting, the chairman of the Supervisory Board Rovshan Najaf noted that the Board is currently working towards enhancing AzerGold’s performance further.

Beside that, the Supervisory Board made decisions to bring AzerGold's activities in line with advanced corporate governance principles, and a presentation on the next steps to be taken to ensure the implementation of the duties arising from relevant decrees and orders of the President was made with the participation of international experts.

The attendees had detailed discussions on various topical issues, as well as the adoption of policies related to the activities of AzerGold.
