Zakir Ibrahimov held his last meeting within mentoring program of Yukselish competition

Within the framework of mentoring program of Yukselish competition, Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold Closed Joint Stock Company held a final meeting with Nazim Novruzov, one of the winners of the named competition.

During the meeting, the participants studied the results achieved on the basis of individual development plans and reviewed the interface plan. Nazim Novruzov expressed deep gratitude for the mentor’s advice regarding career planning, effective management, principals of ethical conduct and professional standards, crisis management and voiced his belief about impactful role the knowledge and skills he gained during mentorship program.

Zakir Ibrahimov congratulated Nazim Novruzov on successful completion of mentorship program and emphasized the utmost pleasure for mutually fruitful cooperation. The Chairman also pointed out that he would further share his experience with the winner and thus, help him to demonstrate his competence, and wished success in his future career.

Notably, "Yukselish" competition was established upon the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev signed on July 26, 2019 to identify and support promising leaders with high intellectual level and management skills and to develop human capital stock in the country.
