Zakir Ibrahimov Held Another Meeting with the Winners of the 4th Yukselish (Ascent) Competition

Chairman of the Board of AzerGold CJSC, Zakir Ibrahimov, held regular individual meetings with the Winners of the 4th Yukselish (Ascent) competition, Aslan Hasanli and Rufat Mammadkhanli, as part of the Mentorship Program.

At the meetings, the application of protocol rules at international events, the development of public speaking skills, and the establishment of effective communication with partners were discussed.

Chairman of the Board Zakir Ibrahimov shared his personal experience with the competition winners and gave recommendations to help them improve their knowledge and skills in those areas. Zakir Ibrahimov emphasized that the Yukselish competition provides talented youth with extensive opportunities to unlock their potential and enhance their professional and leadership skills, and encouraged the participants to make the most of those opportunities.

The meetings continued in a Q&A format focused on the topics discussed.

It is worth noting that the Yukselish competition was launched by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, dated July 26, 2019, to identify and support promising leaders with high intellectual capacity and management skills, as well as create a talent pool in the country.
