Zakir Ibrahimov met again with the winner of the 3rd Yukselish competition

Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold CJSC, received Vugar Mamedov, one of the project winners within the Mentoring Programme of the 3rd Yukselish (translated as ascent) competition.

Different topics, including management of personnel and time, work-life balance, emotional intelligence, effective decision-making in force majeure cases and ensuring flexibility were discussed during the meeting. The Chairman shared his experience in effective planning and prioritizing the use of limited financial and human resources, and gave some relevant tasks and recommendations to V.Mamedov.

According to the one-year personal development plan of the winner, V.Mamedov will be involved in business meetings in order to gain experience in a real work environment and improve his skills in the relevant field, in addition to his knowledge in the field of management.
