AzerGold CJSC's Supervisory Board Held a Regular Meeting

AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company’s (CJSC) Supervisory Board held a regular meeting.

The meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Matin Eynullayev, discussed current issues related to AzerGold CJSC's activity, including the approval of the new corporate structure, technical, legal, and fiscal expertise of investment projects, etc.

The establishment of a new test laboratory in the Chovdar Integrated Regional Processing Area in the Dashkasan region and new targets for the production and processing of metal ores were also discussed.

At the meeting, the work and measures taken by the CJSC during the past period of the current year to ensure the implementation of tasks arising from relevant decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan were reviewed, and appropriate decisions were made on the issues discussed.
