AzerGold CJSC Held the Next Mass Test for Recruitment

AzerGold CJSC held the next mass test for recruitment at the Chovdar Integrated Regional Processing Area (CIRPA) in the Dashkasan region.

The test arranged to ensure transparent selection of candidates for announced vacancies in various positions and professions based on fully electronic applications was attended by a total of 160 citizens from Dashkasan, Goygol, and surrounding regions. At this stage, the candidates’ worldview, logical thinking, and the applied position-related knowledge were assessed.

Candidates who have successfully passed the test stage will be entitled to participate in the final-stage interview arranged by the CJSC’s Recruitment Commission. Based on the opinion of the commission members, candidates for active vacancies will be finally selected.

It should be noted that a total of 1,061 employees work for AzerGold CJSC and its subsidiaries, Dashkasan Iron Ore LLC and AzerBlast LLC. Currently, about 80 percent of the employees working in the CJSC’s production and operational areas are residents of local and surrounding regions. The number of citizens employed under collaboration with long-term contractors involved by the CJSC and its subsidiaries is close to 2,400.
