At the event, the work done in the field of occupational health and safety and environmental protection to ensure safe working conditions at the CIRPA was discussed. It was noted that the processing technologies applied meet the highest standards, and the use of systems controlling production in digital and automatic modes is being expanded. This contributed to preventing accidents at production and occupational diseases and ensuring labor safety. As a result, the participants were informed that the number of safely completed working hours at AzerGold CJSC has reached its historical maximum of 6 million hours.

Later, the guests got acquainted with the conditions created at the Carbon in Leach Plant at the CIRPA. The guests were informed of the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system implemented at the plant. It was noted that SCADA is a digital technology-based system for data collection, analysis, and remote control. Such systems used to monitor and control processes in industry, as well as the latest devices and equipment, prevent people from being exposed to harmful work environments and ensure a high-quality production process.

At the event, appreciation letters and commemorative gifts were presented to the employees of AzerGold CJSC and contractors who contributed to labor health, safety, and environmental protection at the CIRPA.
