AzerGold CJSC approves Digital Action Plan for the current year

Within the framework of the Digital Transformation Roadmap for 2025–2028 of AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC), the 2026 Action Plan has been approved.

According to the Action Plan, the main priority for the current year encompasses the phase of "Formation of information-based decision-making and analytical maturity”. The primary goal of this stage is to systematically develop a data-driven management model within the Company and expand the institutional application of analytical approaches in decision-making processes.

Within the scope of the measures to be implemented, activities are planned for the integration of operational, technical, and financial data generated across various information systems. This integration will be based on unified architecture. Additional measures include the formation of a centralized data platform and the consolidation of data flows into a unified Data Warehouse. There will also be initiatives in the field of cybersecurity.

At the same time, the unified data infrastructure to be established will serve as the core technological foundation for future stages. It will enable predictive analytics, intelligent modeling, and automated decision support systems. As one of the strategic targets of the Roadmap, the phased implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) based technologies is planned to begin at the Company starting from 2028.

It should be noted that AzerGold is implementing the Digital Transformation Roadmap for 2025–2028, which entails the optimization of production and management processes, increasing operational efficiency, and the application of innovative technologies. The document was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the "Concept for Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan," approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 16, 2025.
